Conveyor Belts for the Flooring Industry

Kastilo PTFE multi ply conveyor belts are extremely stable and are therefore often used in the flooring and construction industry.

Advantages of Kastilo Multi ply Belts

• High dimension stability due to several plys
• Reduces reject-rates because of the UVN splice with very little thickening
• A continuous use temperature of 250 °C guarantees the processing of polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC) and wood plastic composites (WPC)
• Structured belt surfaces guarantee a continuous degassing - pinholes in the products are avoided.
• HR- and ST-fabrics offer a high mechanical strength, the yarn is PTFE impregnated, thus the penetration of liquid products to the fabric is reduced
