Conveyor Belts for the Automotive Industry

Kastilo PTFE conveyor belts are the right choice for producing semi-finished products for the car interior. There is a broad variety from the luggage compartment cover to the leather panel of the console. We offer the ideal conveyor belt for every production process.

For laminating machines multi ply conveyor belts are used. A UVN splice can be introduced to these belts. Thus, there is no imprint of the splice area to the product.

No Adhesion, Reduced Belt Wear

Working with liquid or high viscous polypropylene, EVA or PES results in wear of the conveyor belt due to the adhesion of these products to the belt. We seal our belts with the special melt processible PTFE film and create the Magic surface. This means less/no adhesion - reduced belt wear.
